HOW
TO KEEP FIT !!!
To
keep fit, first you should practise sport and do exercises. Second, you
should eat healthy food and drink much water but you shouldn’t drink
much tea and coffee.
Don’t smoke, too. Then, you shouldn’t skip meals. You should get to
bed early while you shouldn’t go to it late.
Finally, I adivise you to relax and practise many activities
regulary.

It's never too late
It’s
never too late. We have many difficulties in our life, that’s why we
shouldn’t stop at any of them because our life will do so .
We musn’t be pessimistic and we must have enthusiasm to go on
succesfully. Furthermore, we should remember that everyone can do what he
wants only if he has the willing to do it : If there is a will there is a
way.
So, we must be ambitious to have a succesful life.
